In the interest of security we would strongly advise that the delivery address does not match the address to which the keys belong to. We would recommend either a family member, friend or place of work as the ideal delivery destination, however it is entirely down to our customers as to where they would like their keys shipped.

All key orders are sent via 1st class recorded delivery?

We aim to dispatch our keys on the same day that they're ordered as long as the order is paid for by 3pm. Once they have been dispatched then it is entirely in the hands of the Royal Mail.

We can cut new keys should you happen to misplace the code card that came with your keys, but we would need you to send us an original so that we can accurately cut new keys.

We accept all major credit and debit card payments by phone for any key purchases and bank transfers for any safe orders. Alternatively, you can come into our store and pay over the counter with cash or cards. Please call for more details.

Due to the rise in online fraud and internet scams we have taken the decision not to offer an online payment facility. Not only does this safeguard our customers personal details but it also allows us to interact with our customers and to offer a more personal service.
